Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: November 3, 2026
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for bookings and purchases on this venue's booking website. The venue sets its own cancellation window and refund rules; the ones that apply to you are shown when you book and in your booking details.
1. Payment Window
- When you pay online, the slot is held for the time shown on the payment page (set by the venue). If payment is not finished in time, the slot is released.
- If your payment arrives after the slot was released, your booking is restored when the slot is still free. If it is not, the payment is refunded.
- For bank or e-wallet transfers to the venue, upload your proof of payment before the timer shown ends. The venue confirms the booking after checking the payment.
2. Cancelling Your Booking
- Where the venue allows it, you can cancel from your account up to the cancellation window shown in your booking (for example, 24 hours before the start time). Some bookings let you cancel only part, such as the court or the coach.
- After the window, bookings are not refundable unless the venue agrees. Contact the venue; it may be able to move you to another time.
3. Convenience Fee
The convenience fee on online payments covers online payment processing and the online booking service. It is shown before you pay and is not refunded when you cancel, unless the venue cancelled the booking.
4. If the Venue Cancels
If the venue cancels your booking (for example for weather, maintenance or operational reasons), you get a full refund including any convenience fee, or wallet credit or a new time if you prefer.
5. No-Shows
If you do not arrive, the venue may give your court to other players. No-shows are not refunded.
6. How Refunds Are Paid
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, or to your wallet credit at the venue if you choose it or the venue offers it.
- E-wallet refunds usually arrive within 1 to 3 business days; card and bank refunds can take 5 to 14 business days, depending on your bank.
- Some QR Ph refunds are paid through a claim link sent to the email on your booking. Use it before it expires.
- Payments made directly to the venue (cash or transfer to its own account) and online wallet top-ups are refunded by the venue directly.
7. Questions and Disputes
Contact the venue first using the details on the homepage and footer so it can look into it. You may also file a consumer complaint with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
