Terms of Service
Last updated: November 3, 2026
These Terms of Service apply when you use this venue's booking website: creating an account, booking courts, joining Open Play, booking coaches and classes, buying memberships, packs, passes and shop items, entering tournaments, or using wallet credit. The venue runs this website using PlayServe, a booking platform provided by StratBit IT Solutions ("PlayServe"). Your agreement for bookings and purchases is with the venue. These terms are governed by Philippine law, including the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792) and the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394). If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Your Account
- Give your real name and an email address you can receive mail at. The venue may also ask for a mobile number and other details it needs, such as for booking reminders or tournament entries.
- One account per person. Duplicate, shared or fraudulent accounts may be closed.
- Keep your password and sign-in codes private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you sign in with Google or Facebook, keep that account secure too.
- Your account has a code (PS-XXXXXX) and a QR code that staff use to check you in.
- Age: you must be 18 or older, or 13 to 17 with your parent's or guardian's agreement. Children under 13 may not have an account; a parent or guardian can book for them.
- The venue may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, misuse payments or vouchers, or behave abusively toward staff or other players.
2. Bookings
- A confirmed booking reserves the court, coach, class or session for the date and time shown.
- When you start an online payment, the slot is held for you for the payment window shown on the payment page (set by the venue). If payment is not finished in time, the hold ends and the slot is released.
- If your payment arrives after the hold ended, the booking is restored when the slot is still free. If it is not free, the payment is refunded.
- Some venues let you place a booking on hold and pay later, or pay by bank or e-wallet transfer and upload proof of payment. The venue confirms these after checking the payment, and may cancel holds that stay unpaid.
- Arrive on time. If you do not show up, the venue may give the court to other players, and the booking is not refunded.
- Cancellation and reschedule rules are set by the venue and shown when you book and in your booking details.
3. Open Play, Classes and Tournaments
- Open Play sessions and classes have limited places. Registration is first come, first served; some have a waitlist.
- Some sessions are "link only": they can be joined only through a link the venue shares.
- During Open Play your name, photo, skill level, ratings and match results may be shown on screens at the venue, on the session's public display page, in leaderboards and in shared results images. Names may also be read aloud by the venue's announcement system.
- If you link a DUPR account, results of rated matches you play may be sent to DUPR.
- Tournament entries may require a partner's name and contact details, team names, and photos of government IDs, and may require you to accept a tournament waiver. If you enter someone else's details, you confirm they agreed to it. Tournament draws and results may be published on the venue's public pages.
- The venue may cancel or reschedule sessions, classes and tournaments for weather, maintenance, low sign-ups or safety. If it does, you will be told and offered a refund, credit or a new time.
4. Memberships, Packs, Passes and Wallet Credit
- Memberships, session packs and passes come with the benefits, limits and expiry shown when you buy them. A membership renewal creates a bill for you to pay; you are not charged automatically.
- Wallet credit is stored value for use at this venue (and its other branches, where the venue allows transfers). It is not cash and cannot be withdrawn. Any expiry or use limit is shown when you receive the credit.
- When you pay with wallet credit, the venue may use the credit you topped up online first.
- Whether unused top-ups can be refunded is decided by the venue. Online top-ups that are refunded are paid back by the venue directly.
5. Payments and Fees
- Prices are in Philippine Pesos (₱) and are shown before you pay.
- Online payments (such as QR Ph, GCash, Maya and, where offered, debit or credit cards) are processed by licensed payment providers such as Xendit and PayMongo. Depending on the venue's setup, they are collected through PlayServe on the venue's behalf or by the venue's own payment account. Your card or e-wallet details are entered on the payment provider's page; PlayServe and the venue never see your full card number.
- Other ways to pay, where the venue offers them: cash at the venue, bank or e-wallet transfer to the venue's own account (with proof of payment), and wallet credit.
- Convenience fee: online payments may carry a convenience fee. It covers online payment processing and the online booking service. The amount is shown before you pay and is worked out after any voucher discount. Cash and direct transfers to the venue carry no convenience fee. Some venues pay the fee for you.
- Receipts and official receipts are issued by the venue.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Each venue sets its own cancellation and refund rules, shown when you book and on the venue's Refund & Cancellation Policy page. Where the venue allows it, you can cancel or request a refund from your account.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method or, if you choose or the venue offers it, to your wallet credit at the venue. Bank and e-wallet refunds can take several business days to arrive, depending on the provider.
- Some providers refund QR Ph payments through a claim link sent to the email on the booking. Use it before it expires.
- If the venue cancels your booking, you get a full refund (including any convenience fee), wallet credit or a new time, as you prefer where the venue can offer it.
- Not refundable unless the venue says otherwise: no-shows, cancellations after the venue's cancellation window, and the convenience fee on bookings you cancel.
- Payments made directly to the venue (cash or transfer to its own account) are refunded by the venue.
7. Vouchers and Promotions
- Vouchers have their own expiry, minimum spend, maximum discount and usage limits, shown when you apply them. One voucher per transaction.
- The venue may cancel vouchers obtained or used unfairly or fraudulently.
8. Shop and Rentals
- Shop items are subject to stock and are collected at the venue. Product photos are a guide; small differences can occur.
- Rented equipment must be returned on time and in the same condition. You may be charged for loss or damage you cause.
9. Check-in and Venue Rules
- Show your QR code or give your account code when you arrive. Follow the venue's House Rules and staff instructions.
- If the venue uses a liability waiver, you must accept it before booking or playing.
10. Things You Must Not Do
- Give false information, or book or pay in someone else's name without their permission
- Share your account, or use more than one account
- Misuse bookings, payments, refunds, wallet credit or vouchers, or upload fake proof of payment
- Harass, threaten or abuse staff or other players
- Try to get into other accounts or the venue's admin tools, or test the website's security without written permission
- Use bots, scripts or scraping to book or read the website
- Break the law or the venue's rules while using the website or the facilities
11. Ownership of Content
The venue's name, logo, photos and text belong to the venue. The booking software belongs to PlayServe. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Photos and text you upload stay yours, but you allow the venue and PlayServe to store and display them to run the service.
12. Liability
- The website is provided as it is. The venue and PlayServe try to keep it running and accurate but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free.
- Neither is liable for losses caused by payment provider outages, internet or telecom failures, or events outside reasonable control.
- Playing sports carries a risk of injury. You use the facilities at your own risk, subject to the venue's waiver and Philippine law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, fraud or anything that cannot be limited by law.
- Otherwise, liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the booking or purchase concerned.
13. Disputes
- Contact the venue first; most issues are sorted out quickly. If not resolved, disputes go to the courts where the venue operates.
- You may also file a consumer complaint with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) under the Consumer Act.
14. Changes to These Terms
The venue may update these terms. When a change matters, registered customers are told by email or a notice on the website before or when it takes effect. Bookings already made keep the terms that applied when they were made.
15. Contact
Questions about these terms, a booking or a refund: contact the venue using the details on the homepage and footer. Questions about the booking platform itself: [email protected].
